By confirming this booking, the Guest agrees to the following terms:

1️⃣ Booking & Payment

Full payment or deposit is required to secure the reservation as stated in terms and conditions.
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider Stripe.
Booking confirmation is issued once payment is received.

2️⃣ Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: from 3pm
Check-out: 10am
Late check-out may incur additional charges, subject to availability.

3️⃣ Guest Responsibilities

Guests must treat the property and its contents with care.
No parties, events, or illegal activities are allowed.
Occupancy limits must be respected.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Deposit will be returned after checking the property and accepting the state the property is left. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount the guest agrees to pay the difference evaluated and agreed.

4️⃣ Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.
Refunds follow the cancellation policy provided in terms and conditions.
GDE Properties Ltd may cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, a full refund will be issued.
On event or report of illegal activities, or illegal substance use in the property the property must be vacated immediately and the booking cancelled without refund.
Doorbell camera is for outdoor security only not in use for the property.

5️⃣ Liability

GDE Properties Ltd is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and that of their party.

6️⃣ Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
