By booking with GDE Properties Ltd, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 All bookings must be made through our website or approved booking channels.
1.2 Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to secure the reservation.
1.3 Payments are accepted via Stripe.
1.4 Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or online form).

2.2 We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., property maintenance, force majeure). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2.3 Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation:

• 50% refund if canceled more than 5 days before check-in

• 0% refund if canceled within 5 days

• No refund for cancellations within 4 days of check-in
  
  

3. Guest Responsibilities

3.1 Guests must treat the property with care and respect.
3.2 Any damage caused to the property or its contents may result in additional charges.
3.3 Guests must comply with property rules (e.g., no smoking, no parties, occupancy limits).
3.4 Guests are responsible for the safety and conduct of all persons included in their booking.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

4.1 Check-in time: from 3pm
4.2 Check-out time: 10am
4.3 Late check-out may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

5.1 GDE Properties Ltd is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
5.2 We ensure that properties are safe and secure, but guests assume responsibility for their own safety and that of their group.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Personal data collected during booking will be used solely for managing your reservation and providing services.
6.2 We comply with UK GDPR and will not share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary for booking processing (e.g., payment providers).

7. Force Majeure

7.1 GDE Properties Ltd is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that prevent fulfillment of bookings, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.
7.2 In such cases, guests may receive a refund or alternative accommodation if available.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
